The IUHPE2022 conference is a provider of Category I credits for CHES/MCHES certified professionals.
These credits are offered at no additional cost with a valid registration to the conference (US-based delegates only).

**To qualify for the student rate, you must provide proof that you are a full-time student at the time of the conference. Accepted forms of proof include a letter from the university registrar’s office confirming your enrolment status or an official transcript of the classes you are undertaking. Please email this documentation to email@example.com upon completion of your registration.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Following a review of the public health situation globally and keeping the safety and accessibility of participants in mind, the Organizing Committee of the 24th IUHPE World Conference on Health Promotion has made the decision to switch to a fully virtual conference, with all sessions online.
All those having registered as in-person delegates will be transferred automatically to virtual registrations and a refund for the corresponding difference will be completed in the following weeks. However, should you choose to cancel your in person registration and not attend in virtual, please confirm back to us by Feb 21 7h00 AM EST (UTC-4). A full refund less the administration fees will be issued.
No refunds will be granted for cancellations. As this is an online event you will be available to view all session content subsequently, therefore there are no refunds.
FOR BOTH CASES
If for reasons beyond the control of the Organizing Committee, the IUHPE Conference is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded after the deduction of expenses already incurred by the Organizers.
