UPLOAD INSTRUCTIONS
Due to the high volume of material to process, all presentation material must be submitted by Friday, April 1, 2022.
ORAL PRESENTATIONS
Parallel Oral Session:
- PowerPoint (PPTX or PDF) required (10 minutes). Please see template and guidelines below.
- If you are not presenting LIVE, a video is required (MP4 (preferred) or MOV, with minimal resolution of 720 pixels) (10 minutes)
Sub-plenary, Symposium and Workshop:
- Session coordinators will collect and upload all files for their sessions, including:
- PowerPoint (PPTX or PDF) for each presenter (please see template and guidelines below), or
- Video for those who will not present live (MP4 (preferred) or MOV, with minimal resolution of 720 pixels)
- For presentation length, see your session moderator
Lunch with an Author:
- PowerPoint (PPTX or PDF) required (10 minutes). Please see template and guidelines below.
Round Table:
- No upload is requested
UPLOAD:
1- Rename your file, including the following information: Session Date, Session Time and speaker family name (last name). If you are uploading for the whole session, use the name of the speaker to rename each file, respectively.
Example: May16_1600_Tremblay.pptx
2- Go to: ORAL PRESENTATION SUBMISSIONS
3- Upload your file(s).
PRE-RECORDED VIDEOS
MP4 (preferred) or MOV, with minimal resolution of 720 pixels (5 minutes)
UPLOAD:
1- Rename your file, including the following information: Speaker family name (last name) and session title. If you are uploading for the whole session, use the name of the speaker to rename each file, respectively.
Example: Tremblay_Art and technology.mp4

3- Upload your file(s).
POWERPOINT TEMPLATE & GUIDELINES
As it is important that your PowerPoint presentation be easily followed by our delegates, we offer the following guidelines:
- 16/9 display format
- 1 graphic image or chart per slide
- 6 lines of text per slide, 6 bullets per image and 6 words per bullet
- Use standard fonts (e.g., Arial) that are available on all computers
- Use visual elements (logos, pictures, graphics etc.) to make your slides interesting
- Avoid long lists or descriptions, making sure all texts are fully legible (font size)
- Be clear and concise
POSTERS
- PDF file (maximum 2MB) and/or a 3-minute video, self-published by author on VimeoTM or YouTubeTM.
o Please ensure that the video is unlisted until the end of the conference.
o We recommend a minimal resolution of 720 pixels. - Consult these files to prepare your poster:
