The registration form will open in May 2021. All registrations must made using the online registration form.

*Please note reduced registration rates are available for participants from low-income and middle-income economies as defined using classifications from the World Bank. Please click here for more information.
**To qualify for the student rate, you must provide proof that you are a full-time student at the time of the conference. Accepted forms of proof include a letter from the university registrar’s office confirming your enrolment status or an official transcript of the classes you are undertaking. Please email this documentation to upon completion of your registration.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
IN PERSON
Cancellation requests received in writing prior to February 15, 2022, obtain a full refund after the Conference minus a $70 administration fee. This charge will apply to all refunds.
No refunds of registration fees will be granted for cancellations as of February 15, 2022.
Registrations are transferable at no additional cost. Name substitutions are accepted in writing only to the Conference Secretariat.
ONLINE
No refunds will be granted for cancellations. As this is a online event you will be available to view all session content subsequently, therefore there are no refunds.
FOR BOTH CASES
If for reasons beyond the control of the Organizing Committee, the IUHPE Conference is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded after the deduction of expenses already incurred by the Organizers.

Visa for Travel to Canada
Some nationals are eligible for the visa exemption program, with a duration of stay of up to 90 days, or are eligible for an electronic travel permit. Please visit the official Government of Canada web page for more information.
A letter of invitation may be requested. An invitation letter will be issued once the registration form and payment have been received and validated by the Conference Secretariat.
Publication of Abstracts
Registration is a prerequisite for publication of abstracts in the final programme.
